=head1 TITLE

dump-zone - Dump time zone information

=head1 SYNOPSIS

 dump-zone
 dump-zone --help
 dump-zone --version

=head1 OPTIONS

=head2 --help

This option displays the documentation for this script. The script then
exits.

=head2 --version

This option displays the version of this script. The script then exits.

=head1 DETAILS

This Perl script dumps (or at least attempts to dump) the same time zone
information as is dumped by F<t/parse_time_*.t> when a failure occurs.
The dump is the L<Date::Manip|Date::Manip> dump if that module is
available; otherwise it is the ISO dump, which is a subset.
